BEVERAGE OPTIONS
You
decide the cost based on three options:
1) packages
2) cash bar, or
3) labor only
"Packages"
are all inclusive product and service when host pays for everything based upon a "per head" charge. "Cash bar" is
when guests pay for their own drink(s) to the bartender, and the host pays for the labor.
"Labor Only" is when host
provides all supplies and needs only professional staff to serve and monitor the beverage service.
PACKAGES:
Packages include beverages, one bartender, bar, cups, beverage napkins, straws, stirrers,
$1,000,000 liability insurance, liquor license and permit(s).
Beer, Wine & Soda Packages:
Includes choice of one domestic beer, one imported beer, house Cabernet, Chardonnay, a variety
of soft drinks, and bottled water.
Spirits Packages:
Includes the above Beer, Wine & Soda
Package, along with the following:
Absolut Vodka, Tanqueray Gin, Bacardi Rum, Meyers Rum, Cuervo
Gold Tequila, Jim Beam Whiskey, Jack Daniels Whiskey, Chivas Regal Scotch, and a variety of mixers
Ale Cart
Korbel Brandy, Amaretto,
Frangelico, Kahula, Grand Marnier, Baliey's, and other specialty drinks.
Champagne Toast:
Corbel
Brut and champagne flutes
Note:
*Minimum guest count will considered to be 50.
CASH
BAR:
Include beverages, portable bar, disposable cups, beverage napkins, straws, stirrers, permits, $1,000,000 liability
insurance, liquor license, Nevada State Tax, and guest's gratuity being given to server.
